Empowering leadership through equity and transformative practices across global networks.

Our founder and inspiring speaker is Khadijah Haliru. With a dynamic career spanning 30 years of entrepreneurship, public administration, supply chain leadership, and politics, she brings a 360-degree view of what drives real change. From aircraft manufacturing to food and raw material value chains, she has led and navigated complex systems always with a focus on practical solutions and impact. As a speaker and coach, Khadijah inspires others to embrace transformation, she states her work in public service has sharpened her understanding of where systems fail and where innovation is needed.

This unique intersection of business, governance, and advocacy has taught her that lasting change requires action at every level from policy to production, from boardrooms to grassroots. she doesn't just talk about change, she lives it.
